The racial-ethnic minorities count is calculated by taking the total number of students and subtracting white students, international students, and students whose race/ethnicity was unknown. This number is then divided by the total number of students at the school to obtain the racial-ethnic minorities percentage.
Imposter Syndrome
The persistent inability to believe that one's success is deserved or has been legitimately achieved as a result of one's own efforts or skills.
Divine Nine
The Divine Nine is the nickname for the nine member organizations of the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC), which are historically African American college fraternities and sororities. Founded to unite and empower Black communities, these groups focus on brotherhood/sisterhood, scholarship, and community service, and have been pivotal in promoting civic engagement and social justice for African Americans.
